Welcome! I’m Tia and I am so glad you found your way here! I’m a big fan of simple joys like warm drinks, creative projects, and meaningful conversations. My journey has been shaped by my work as a Child and Youth Worker and Educational Assistant, where I’ve had the privilege of supporting growth, learning, and connection in meaningful ways. Now, I’m embarking on a new chapter as a full spectrum doula, guided by compassion, intuition, and a deep passion for caring for others. I believe in creating safe, supportive spaces and living a life that feels authentic, grounded, and full of heart.
